Bp9 Sliding camp & fun!
School’s out, sliding camp is in! Join Coach Alex Echevarria (BP9) at The Dugout for a morning of instruction, practice, and fun games. Open to all players of all ages, including members and nonmembers!
Players will learn proper stretching and warm-up routines, then practice sliding mechanics focused on correct body positioning, control, and safe technique. Hands-on drills and games with sliding mats will help players slide properly and with confidence.
We’ll also have an optional water balloon fight for some extra fun! Bring plenty of water, wear long pants, and pack a change of clothes and a towel if you’d like to participate. No metal cleats.
